Use the highlighted command with your range of VLAN that you wanted to trunk. Here I setup Module 3, port 1, 2 and 3 as trunk. I can use this for ESX or Nexus switch. As per security concern you can allow whatever VLANs that you need to trunk.

#module 3 : 16-port 1000BaseX Ethernet

set vlan 10   3/1-16

set port name       3/1  RESERVED

set port name       3/2  VMGENIE01

set port name       3/3  VMGENIE-CAS

set udld enable 3/16

set trunk 3/1  on dot1q 1-1005,1025-4094

set trunk 3/2  on dot1q 1-1005,1025-4094

set trunk 3/3  on dot1q 1-1005,1025-4094
