We can use following PowerCLI scripts with necessary daemon.

 


#Here is sample restart of NTPD services that are currently not running.
If ($_.NTPRunning -eq "False")

{
Get-VmHostService -VMHost $vmhost | Where-Object {$_.key -eq "ntpd"} | Start-VMHostService
}
