VMgenie aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The guidelines are published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and define how web content can be made perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people who use assistive technologies.
We work to meet this target across the public VMgenie marketing site (vmgenie.com), including this page, the product pages, the support pages, and the documentation that the site links to.
Meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA means, among other things, providing text alternatives for non-text content, presenting content in a sensible reading order, ensuring colour contrast meets the AA minimum, making every interactive element keyboard-operable, giving every page a clear document outline with a single top-level heading, and labelling form controls so screen readers can announce them.
If you find an accessibility problem on the VMgenie site — a page that does not work with your screen reader, a colour combination you cannot read, a control you cannot operate from the keyboard, anything else that makes the site hard to use — please tell us. We read every report.
You can report a problem in either of these ways:
Accessibility so we can route your message quickly.Whichever channel you use, please include the URL of the page you were on, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. If you can, tell us which assistive technology and browser version you were using — that helps us reproduce the problem.
We aim to acknowledge every accessibility report within two business days and to tell you, in the same reply, how long we expect the fix to take.
