Sign in to your VMgenie account
Your VMgenie account is your Netquirk account. Signing in takes you to your account page, where you can see the panels we host for you, your licence key, and every support ticket you have opened.
Sign in to Netquirk
Your Netquirk account is your VMgenie account. The sign-in page you are about to see is Netquirk's own, and you come straight back to this site afterwards.
What signing in gives you
Everything below is on the account page you land on once you have signed in.
- Your hosted panels. Every panel we host for you: its name, the address you reach it on, whether it is running, and the date it expires.
- Your licence key. The key for the plan you are on and the date it renews. A panel you run yourself can use the same key.
- Your support tickets. Every ticket you have opened with us, the replies we have sent back, and a place to open a new one.
- Your plan. The plan you are on, the interval you pay on, and the place to change either of them.
How signing in works
Sign-in is handled by Netquirk's sign-in page, the same sign-in you use for every Netquirk service. Once you have signed in you come back to this site, and the header shows your email address in place of the Sign in link.
If you have signed in and the header still shows a Sign in link, the browser is blocking cookies for this site. Allow cookies for vmgenie.com and reload the page.
No account yet
A Netquirk account is free to create, and it is the same account you use for every Netquirk service. Starting a VMgenie trial creates one for you as part of the sign-up.
Start a free trial to create an account and launch your first panel, or look at the plans first.
If you have an account and cannot sign in, email support@vmgenie.com. The support page lists our hours and our response-time target.
